In case you didn't know it, chair legs are hard to draw. Where to place all those lines for the legs? Should a line that is closer be angled to the front or the back or the left or the right? It's like a mouthful of teeth. Only lines. Relatively straight lines. Why so confoundingly hard to draw?
Sometimes it's good to have another go at it. Just to see if it gets easier the second time. It usually doesn't. But it's good to try. In case one day it might.
After two chairs, practice with simple letters is recommended. I refilled my noodler with "Bad Green Gator" ink for this exercise. Less water soluble than the last ink I had in it, but still interesting to see what you get when you go over it with some water.
I decided to turn the chair to the side after awhile. Here's a little tip about that... people and chairs might see seem easier to draw from the side, but they are not. Most definitely not.
