OK here is an old recipe for baked pineapple, terrific as a "sauce" with any meat. Combine: 1 (14ish oz) can crushed pineapple with juice, 2 tbsp flour, 1/4 cup sugar (optional), 2 beaten eggs and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Mmmmmmm.
