Cranberry walnut toast with almond butter, honey, and a touch of sea salt.
If you attempt to make this at home cut your bread double thick and toast it for less time than you think it needs. Mix up your almond butter really good before you spread it so it won't break the toast. Don't get heavy handed with the honey. The touch of sea salt should be only a few grains. You won't get a taste in every bite. Serve it with a creamy vanilla latte, a glass of cold milk, or a plain old cup of joe. Happy Thursday.
If you live in the KC area just go to the Black Dog Coffee house in Lenexa. That's where I got this. The IBIS bakery is right next door. You can buy a loaf of the cranberry walnut bread there and eat this same thing for breakfast lunch and dinner until it is gone.
