This is what happens when housekeeping chores get away from you and you finally get brave and turn off the ceiling fan and look up.
When your husband, who is the fan-cleaner AND the cook, makes you dinners like this though, you encourage him to continue to focus his time and talents on the pursuit of culinary excellence.
I might have a fan or perhaps two like that one. I just try not to look up.

I don't get spider webs on the fans, just this thick coating on the leading edge of the blades...it's gross. I suck it off with the vacuum so I don't inhale the nasty dust, plus I don't want it to land on the table beneath the fan. It's where we eat, don't want any cooties roaming around my food!
That gravy looks delish...perfect color...the broccoli make me retch...can't even stand the smell of the stuff...or cauliflour...gag!
