pecorino cheese. reminds me of when we made that artichoke/lemon/onion/pecorino pasta dish in amalfi. wait. was there onion in it?


Yes asparagus is raw - the red wine vinegar "cooks" it. And Yes it is perfect for a 106 degree day like today. And finally YES there was onion in that heavenly delicious lemon, artichoke, onion, pasta that we ate on the patio overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea.
