A week in pictures + the caramel pretzel crunch

Do you have a Sheridan's Frozen Custard within 50 miles of where you live?  If you do, Angie says "take your mom there and get her a caramel pretzel crunch".    Caramel pretzel crunch = creamy, crunchy, salty, sweet, cool deliciousness.  It's flat out good and that's my last word on it.  For  now.

We don't have Sheridan's Frozen Custard here (Nevada) The best we can do is DQ and Frozen Yogurt. In St. Louis when I visit with cousins we go to Ted Drew's in Dog Town section where the Irish used to live. Always loved the name.

I love that combo of salty, sweet, cold. You could put caramel syrup on anything and I'd be tempted to eat it. Well, not everything.
