it's not WHO serves cranberry jelly , it's who does precision cranberry jelly slicing?? holy cow-some people will do anything for a good photo!!!
Hope the Roasterie was wonderful but hope more that you scheduled the next Roasterie partee' before you left!.... let me know!

Robin

Hey! The cranberry jelly is delish on the (leftover) turkey sandwiches.

Joan

That is exactly how I prefer my cranberries...sliced evenly on a silver server. Been my favorite since childhood...I've tried other ways of preparing cranberries, but this is, and will remain, my fave. Old traditions die hard.

I agree -- sliced from a can is all I knew about until I went to college in Indiana. As kids, the three of us loved it.

Sherry Eckblad

I love the canned cranberries and we usually have both at Thanksgiving thanks to my mother-in-law. She just doesn't understand why no one eats the homemade cranberry relish.

I serve ‘out of the can’ cranberry sauce too! I tried making homemade one year and it was booed off the table! LOL

Beth

Canned is the BEST!!! :) Beth

I love them too, even though my family is a bit on the "everything homemade side". We always have it at our Thanksgiving meals.

Violet Cadburry

If you mash the canned stuff up, it looks homemade. I serve both, sliced and mashed -- fun to see if anybody tastes the difference (my little private ha ha).

Judy H.

Yep, we do sliced cranberry out of the can. Love it. However, a good friend has a cranberry ice recipe that is to die for! :)

Angela

We do and love it! I just bought two cans at the grocery yesterday! There's a whole "How it's Made" episode about this and how people like to slice on the lines from the cans! :)
