If you have a bottle of Midori in the back of your liquor cabinet pull it out. It's time for a drink on the porch.
If you like drinks that are not overly sweet this one is for you. AND it's so pretty to look at AND it smells divine.
1 oz Midori (melon liqueur)
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Pineapple juice
Shake above ingredients together with ice and then pour over fresh ice in a cocktail glass. Top with club soda. Stir. Garnish with lemon slices.
The pineapple and melon flavors blend perfectly and the lemon adds just a touch of citrus and contributes greatly to the look and fragrance of this nice little cocktail.
Oh bother...and I was going to start being so good tomorrow. That is just too good looking to pass up! I happen to have everything except the main ingredient and pineapple juice. Off to the shops...that's exercise, isn't it???

Oh thank goodness! I've been waiting for another drink recipe from you. The Chombord Lemonade from last year was an addiction I had a hard time breaking, maybe this one will take its place!

The color alone sold me! I will definitely be trying this one out soon. Thanks for the idea/recipe.

From the looks alone I would love this drink, except I can't drink alcohol...maybe I'll make a Virgin version...don't attempt to say that 3 times in succession.

I don't have a porch so I'm on my way over...

Yesterday I was in short pants drinkin' a martini on my porch admiring my newly planted vegetable bed. Today I raced home from work and digged up the tomatoes and basil, stuffed them back in their pots, lit a fire, drew a hot bath and watched the snow come down through the bathroom window. Welcome to Albuquerque.
