I love to make hummus--try adding a little roasted red pepper for a little different taste.

A neighbour brought me a bowl of eggplant "dip" the other day and it was fabulous on the Quaker Rice Cakes. The Tomato Basil are a great conduit for all sorts of summer delish. I love cilantro, but one person here doesn't like it and if you don't like it, you don't like it! Glad to hear you can exchange it with parsley. Love food related memories.


This hummus will just have to be made in my kitchen and as there isn't anyone else, I guess I'll be the one doing it! Getting the ingredients tomorrow!
