Before I left for Asheville I rolled up a few balls of yarn to take with me for knitting on the plane. I had great plans to make some headway on the Lizard Ridge afghan. Behold the squares for August, September, October, and November. All done while traveling over the last week. When I am not distracted by other projects I can flat-out get some knitting done.
This brings my grand total to 15 squares completed.
Just nine more squares and I will be ready to block ... then seam. There are lots of images out there for the Lizard Ridge Afghan. So interesting how everyone does it a bit different. I look forward to laying all the squares out and deciding which configuration is the most pleasing to my eye.
So incredibly beautiful; I can't wait to see it all finished!

I have not heard of this pattern before but it looks great and I really do like the texture (and the colours), looking forward to seeing more of this as you keep working on it. What you have done so far is beautiful. xx

Ooh! It has gotten cool here. Time to get out my squares and get going. I only have six or seven done but already I can see that it will be yummy looking.

Gorgeous. Absolute gorgeous. I am tempted to begin every time you post about this. I'm thinking those leftover balls from my sock knitting could work quite nicely.

OH MY! Those squares are gorgeous!...after looking at this post I'm thinking I might like to do one in autumn colors...is the yarn you're using Noro? I love their wild color combos. I can't wait to see it sewn up. You'll soon be done. Yay!
