In case you were like me, and operating under the paradigm in which home-made marshmallows only went in hot chocolate, I seek to inform you otherwise.
When I was given this delightful packet last night containing 2 home-made honey marshmallows and a selection of hot chocolate and hot tea I thought to myself ... marshmallows in tea? Who does that?
So I put my skepticism aside and dropped that marshmallow right into that cup of lemon ginger herbal tea. Oh! The things that happened to that marshmallow.
When paired with the home-made Nordic butter cookie, unspeakably delicious.
Honey marshmallow in tea - yum, yum, yum.

Who'd a thunk? I'm going to have to try this. I have a wonderful tea from Teavana that I usually drink without sugar or milk...I have a pumpkin spice tea that might be even better. I've never made homemade marshmallows.
It looks so good!
