These last photos of my trip to California are a hodge podge of simple moments. They are also some of the ones I will remember the best.
I have been home for 11 days now but still feel like my batteries are fully charged. I am attributing my feelings of "extreme well-being" to the combination of walking on the beach, exposure to the work of amazing artists, and the daily dose of avocados.
Will need a full description of every one of these shots at a future date-particularly the veranda and the china cabinet. Maybe over noodles?

The next time your soul needs a bandaid, I suggest you text either Sharron or me that you've packed your carry-on, and you are heading back to Carpinteria post haste. We will push the "PLAY" button and you know the rest of the routine. I miss you and MaryAnn but I feel confident that there is an art retreat in our future. Enjoy the 4th. Share here how you celebrate. XxOo
