Yes, Carol...all jars (big, medium, and small) are put to good use here at Chez Wallace. I employ an equally brilliant rationale when I portion out my green smoothies for the week. I especially like to use my Gram's old peanut butter jars. The lids are a little worse for wear, but who cares?

Question: Are these for the freezer, fridge only, or hot-bath canned to store on a shelf? Since there were several jars, I wondered how you store them. Looks yummy! Thanks! :)

Maureen

Sounds quite tasty. I hope to get some more corn in August but would probably freeze it since I don't know how much canning time I'll have next month. Were I still a workerbee, it would be glass jars for me too.
