Somehow the other night, when I was attempting to sketch Jeanette, her beautiful heart shaped face took an unexpected turn when her mandibular symmetry got off resulting in a slightly problematic area that I don't need to point out to you. I rescued it by adding a label and a frame. See how it totally draws the eye away from the center of the page?
After that I decided to copy some of these frames from my sister.
I am not sure yet what will go inside the frames. Something. Something that catches my mind this weekend. This weekend when I am on an excursion into "the territory of the imagination". I heard that phrase one morning this week while listening to NPR and decided then and there an exploratory journey was mandatory.
Aren't you lucky to have a sister to steal from--I love all those frames she has been making--good steal on your part and of course the frame does deflect from the "mandibular symmetry of her face."

At least you drew her and kept it! There are no mistakes, only lessons...it's a journey not a destination.
I love the frames & labels you stole from sister.

It's me! Mandibular asymmetry and all! Or was I chewing gum?
