Here is a quick glimpse of what happens when you get 4 days of off and on rain and the temperatures fluctuate between 29 and 34 degrees Fahrenheit. It's really pretty on the plants and trees. And really, really, ugly if you have to walk or drive in it.
Happily, I have stayed put right here at home. Only venturing out when I had to. For important trips to Bizarre Bazaar and the library. Other than that, oh and the one trip to the store to get vanilla ice cream to go with this insanely delicious piece of cherry pie that was left over from Thanksgiving, I have not budged.
You are a wonderful role model for perfect priorities. :-)
And a darn good photographer! :-) The ice -- so beautiful, but so hazardous.....

I'm over the moon! After a hiatus of 6 mo. of no knitting, I picked up my needles and some yarn to knit a hat for my grand girl & boys. No hand cramps that made knitting so painful I had to stop.
I'm caught up in so much medical stuff, hoping I could get it all wrapped up by year end, but looks like that isn't going to happen. This isn't how I envisioned the holiday season playing out.
