The weather people here are forecasting a rainy weekend for Lawrence. That could mean that the big bird of the patio will be completely engulfed in black-eyed susan vine by next weekend. Loose plans are being woven together of things we may or may not do over the next three days. So far tonight, flowers have been cut and a big orange cat has been given a giant squeezer hug.
We also just watched a great fireworks show out of the upstairs bedroom window. Things are off to a good start.
If any of you are making one of those white cakes with strawberry jello poured over the top and decorated like a flag with whipped cream, blueberries, and strawberries would you please bring a piece over to my house tomorrow? I just want one good medium sized piece.
should i leave my address too?

You probably should sister. Or they can leave two pieces here and I will get in my George Jetson mobile and bring it to you.

Hi, honey. I'm looking for your blueberry snack cake in the food section of the blog and can't find it. I hate to ask you, but can you fwd the recipe when you have a minute? Muchas Gracias,
Susana from Mexico, the land of never ending blueberries.
