Southern Utah is majestic. With impressive views, red rocks that sometimes look purple and pink, slot canyons where the temperature cools, and oh I could go on and on. Instead I will show you a few photos from my phone for now, more when I get home.
Meanwhile, we'll just be here exploring. Hiking. Filling up our eyes. Making memories. Getting a whole new generation indoctrinated into the tradition.

That third photo from the top is National Geographic worthy! Love that you saw a petroglyph.

Lovely photos Carol. My hubby and I just made a 1700 mile drive from Austin, TX to Boise, Idaho last month, and saw all that beauty for ourselves. Truly breathtaking, isn't it? I know you are having an amazing time.
