tightly furled beauties

Looking at the seed catalog made me need flowers. You heard me. Need, not want.

So off to the store I went.

For a simple Kalancho. Which I always get in February and then put out on the front porch in May.

But then I spotted these limey-pink carnations.

Tightly furled beauties. They do make me HAPPY.

And heart/pigtail girl also NEEDED to have some flowers surrounding her. We are both very happy. The end.
