a puzzle that can be put together in many different ways

Today while the sun shone, we walked from east beach to butterfly beach, listening to the soundtrack of the ocean.

Bluffs, water, rocks, gulls, a sailboat, ball-chasing dogs. These were some of the things we saw. 

When we got home my finds were rinsed and laid out.  In about 8 different patterns.  Beach collections are like a puzzle that can be put together in many different ways, each resulting pattern, somehow just right.
