Every sniffle, sneeze, cough, and ache can be a cause for concern these days. To help you sort things out I am providing this helpful chart. It is not meant to replace a call to your primary care doctor but rather determine at a glance when to pick up the phone (or set it back down).
It's hard not to worry about the potential significance of any symptom. But an algorithm like this may prevent panic from setting in.
Many thanks Carol for this chart. I passed it on to my family and friends. ❤️

Thanks, Carol. It's nice to know the difference, especially during hay fever season.

THANKS a ton Carol. Again... I truly appreciate the work you and your colleagues are doing during these unsettling times. I wish I could send big hugs to everyone who is working for the public's benefit at this time.

This is helpful, Carol. Thank you. My husband and I both suffer from seasonal allergies, which are usually just annoying. But with everything going on, it's tempting to second quarter ourselves.
