Recently I did a deep dive into the Wishing Bench, situated at the intersection of 9th and Delaware streets in East Lawrence, not far from Decade coffee shop, which is still closed. Sigh. I have never taken my favorite coffee spots for granted but you can bet I am going to double down on my visits when they can safely re-open.
But back to the bench. Even in the rain I enjoyed exploring all the sentiments, stickers, and ephemera
It was hard not to smile as I considered the sum total of all that was there. A mug, an extra swimsuit top, key chains, a tennis shoe, and a whole lot of good juju.
This is ALMOST as beautiful as your flower arrangements. :D

Good juju indeed! What a wonderful heartful place, and love to those who initiated and contribute. We need positives desperately.

I imagine people of all walks of life giving thought to their contribution to the Wishing Bench. I'll go away and think what I'd add to it myself.
