I've never heard of putting meringue on a cake before-how interesting

Janet - me either which is what was so intriguing... and that anything with lemon sounds mighty good to me.


Susan: do let me know what you think! Since it's just Chris and I, I cut the cake in half and made half the meringue. Froze the other half of the cake - will top later.
