Chris believes in making them every year

Although St. Patrick's day has come and gone, I would like to report that we continue to enjoy shamrocks and shortbread here at Tall Tales Headquarters.

As soon as the weather warms up a bit, the shamrock will head out to the front porch. The cookies on the other hand, will be long gone by then. There simply is nothing better than a crisp edged, buttery, firm/chewy center, shortbread cookie. Period. End of story.
