The best way to describe my recent emergence back into the world of outdoor walking/hiking, is that I feel like someone who has been deprived of a necessary life force, who may not have realized how much they were missing it, until they have access again.
By the river, up on campus, in the neighborhood, every step is full of delights. Which I am gobbling up.
When we were in Europe, we often heard, no bad weather, only bad clothes. I'm not sure that is true in Arizona when it is 120 degrees...

Nature is calming and grounding also. Maybe there's a draw to nature at the core of our being??? It's just always meant hope and wonder to me.

~ And I am gobbling up your Beauty-Full photos - drinking them in - full of juicy nutrition. Thank you! It's still too cold here, in Norwich, England, to be out enjoying my garden - your pics are like a carrot, reminding me that warmth will follow the brightening + little green buds here, too. Your walk-pics bring much Joy. x x x
