I just finished listening to That Summer on a portable CD player while I did some sewing. You know what that means. I could not possibly wait for my next commute to work to finish it. It is the story of 2 women who meet in a seemingly random way but are connected by events from the past.
The story unfolds in a past and present sort of format, going back and forth between the main characters, slowly letting the reader figure things out as you get to know each of them individually and become invested in how things will turn out. It's fiction obviously, but gives a perspective on the #MeToo movement, that is well worth reading. Recommended.
