Given our current heatwave here at Tall Tales Headquarters, I am letting my mind wander in many directions. For example if I could change my present circumstances, I would be resting at this very moment on cool sheets, the exact color of these peonies, the air fragranced lightly with their scent, in the far distance the sound of wind chimes, my bed would be out of doors, no ceilings except sky (or a canopy of leafy green branches) is my request, a slight breeze across the cheek for comfort. There may also be a purring cat resting by my side.
