Just a few things that were done around here this weekend. None of them life-changing, none of them character-building, all extremely enjoyable.
The mitten garland was hung from the mantle, things made/collected/gifted over the years were placed in strategic locations for maximum enjoyment, the pygmy forest and wee elves marched up the stairs from the basement and demanded their rightful place, felt garlands went over the table.
While I was hanging it, I admired the poinsettia and the most interesting patterns in it's leaves. Christmas CD's were organized so I don't have to root through a messy pile every time I am looking for just the right one, and I bought supplies for baking. This may not sound like much to you, but it was a full 2 days work for me.
