the proper dose to sustain you

If it's possible where you live, try and find yourself a whole row of lilac bushes you can walk by on a warm, sunny, afternoon. When lots of blooms are open, pumping out their fragrance, for all the world to enjoy.

If your row of bushes happens to be a short row, let me suggest you turn around and walk back and forth several times. To get your lungs the proper dose necessary to sustain you.
