The zinnias know their season is coming to a close and want to get it on record that their performance this year has been one of THE most spectacular ever. Especially since most of them were volunteers. To the very end, they are blooming almost faster than I can keep up with.
I am out daily, unless I am working, deadheading and clipping new stems for arrangements.
There is absolutely no shortage of blooms from which to pick. The butterflies, bees, moths, grasshoppers, and all manner of other flying things are enjoying them as well.
I will try not to post new zinnia pictures more than once a week, but no promises are being made.
