When Sister and I went to the Cotswolds this past summer, one of the projects I took to work on were these puffs. A bit of hand sewing to keep myself occupied while we were hanging out. It took a bit to get the hang of these, but once I got started it was quite simple.
Overall they were very fun to sew and put into piles as the numbers advanced.
I finally finished all of them and decided it was high time to bring the project to it's conclusion.
So that is what I did this week. I am quite pleased with how it turned out.
The back is a simple envelope closure.
The pillow form did not quite fit with my finished size so I took an old pillow case, cut it down to be the same size as this, and then stuffed it with what was inside the one I bought. Worked much better. I will do this in the future. Plus, it's a great use for old pillow cases with frayed edges.
I ordered this kit from Treehouse Textiles. Information above, and I was very happy with their service. I would definitely order from them again. You can't have too many pillows can you?
Love it! So pretty!
